Hello, 小伙伴们,大家好。在我们学习中,经常会有一些长相类似,读音部分类似,意思毫无关联的单词,往往掌握不好的话,我们容易混淆。像dessert,desert,dissert便是一个例子,三者读音差在音标,重读,意思却不尽相同,有很大差别,至于差多少,跟随笔者一起来看一看吧。
一、意思
dessert
n. 餐后甜点;甜点心
desert V.
n. 沙漠,荒原;沉闷乏味的境况(或地区),冷清的地方;应得的赏罚(常用复数)
v. 遗弃;舍弃,离弃(某地方);(士兵)擅离(部队);逃走;开小差;放弃,撇下不管;背离,使失望;(感觉、品质或技艺)离开,丧失
adj. 沙漠的;荒凉的;被抛弃的
dissert
vi. 论述;写论文;讨论;作学术讲演
我们可以看出,三者的读音非常相近,也极易混淆,尤其是dessert 和desert(V),二者与dissert 有一个儿化音r的区别。
二、用法
dessert一般指的是饭后的甜食,如水果,糕点,冰淇淋等等或者是甜点心。
例句: In western dinner, people like to eat some dessert while talking.
在西餐中,人们喜欢边吃甜点边聊天。
2. desert
作名词时,指一般热带地区的大片的土地,没有水,没有植物,树木等。
例句:They went across the desert rapidly. 他们迅速地越过了沙漠。
作动词时,经常用的是遗弃,抛弃。
例句:This cat's owner deserted it years ago.
这只猫的主人几年前遗弃了它。
just deserts 罪有应得,应有的惩罚。
例句:At last, they got their just deserts.
他们终于得到了应得的惩罚。
3.dissert 主要指写论文,讨论。
例句:I am not going to dissert on his behavior.
我不打算讨论他的行为。

世界上最经典的十款甜点大家好,随着人们的生活水平的提高,对吃的需求越来越多样化,西点在我国的餐饮行业的比重越来越大,已经变成不可或缺的一部分。相当大的一部分人,牛奶、面包已经成为早餐的标配。遍布的咖啡厅中,西点也是不可缺少的。由于本人也是从事西点行业,下面就来盘点一下我个人认为十款最经典的甜品。(排名不分先后)
之一款《提拉米苏》
提拉米苏~意大利甜点
提拉米苏,英文是Tiramisu,是一种带咖啡酒味儿的意大利甜点。二十世纪60年代在意大利威尼斯的西北方一带开始出现。以马斯卡彭芝士作为主要材料,再以手指饼干取代传统甜点的海绵蛋糕,加入咖啡、可可粉等其他材料。吃到嘴里香、滑、甜、腻、柔和中带有质感的变化,味道并不是一味的甜。
在意大利文里提拉米苏(Tiramisu)的意思是“马上把我带走”,“二战”时期,一个意大利士兵即将开赴战场,可是家里已经什么也没有了。 爱他的妻子为了给他准备干粮,把家里所有能吃的饼干、面包全做进了一个糕点里,那个糕点就叫提拉米苏。 每当这个士兵在战场上吃到提拉米苏,他就会想起他的家,想起家中心爱的人。
第二款《黑森林蛋糕》
黑森林蛋糕~德国甜点
黑森林蛋糕(Schwarzwlder Kirschtorte)又名“黑森林樱桃蛋糕”,主要原材料是以脆饼面团底托,鲜奶油,樱桃酒,黑樱桃,巧克力碎末 *** 而成,发源于德国南部黑森林地区,是德国著名的甜点代表之一。
黑森林蛋糕融合了樱桃的酸、奶油的甜、巧克力的苦、樱桃酒的醇香;不仅在德国广受欢迎,在全世界也美名远扬。
同时,德国 *** 规定,黑森林蛋糕的奶油中必须含有80克的樱桃汁,才能以“黑森林蛋糕”的名义进行销售。所以说黑森林蛋糕是受德国法律保护的一款甜点。
第三款《欧培拉蛋糕》又名(歌剧院蛋糕)

说到法国甜点时,不得不提有百年历史的欧培拉OPERA,爱吃巧克力的人,一定会迷上它,那浓郁的巧克力与咖啡味,萦绕在舌尖,慢慢融化在口中,香味久久不能散去……这款蛋糕也是令人着迷的一款, 一种说法认为,此款甜点原先是从法国的一家点心咖啡店所研发出的甜点,因为超受欢迎、人气极高,并且店址又在歌剧院旁边,所以干脆将此甜点称为Opera,法文的意思即为歌剧院,也就是我们所称呼的欧培拉。另一种说法认为,欧培拉蛋糕(Opera)由1890年开业的Dalloyau 甜点店更先创制,由于形状正正方方,表面淋上一层薄薄的巧克力,就像歌剧院内的舞台,而蛋糕表面缀上一片金箔,象征歌剧院里的加尼叶(原是巴黎著名歌剧院的名字),因此得名。传统的Opera有六层,包括三层浸过咖啡糖浆的杏仁海绵蛋糕、咖啡奶油及巧克力奶油馅,组织要够松化,湿润,入口即化,而咖啡与巧克力两者的味道亦要平衡。
第四款《舒芙蕾》

梳乎厘,又译梳芙厘、舒芙蕾(法语:Soufflé),或称作蛋奶酥,是一种源自法国的甜品,经烘焙后质轻而蓬松。主要材料包括蛋黄及经打匀后的蛋白。 Soufflé一字来自法语中一个动词souffler的过去分词,意思是「使充气」或简单地指「蓬松地胀起来」-恰如其分地描述烘焙当儿蛋白与奶黄结合时的情况。
第五款《巴斯克芝士蛋糕》
巴斯克芝士蛋糕~西班牙巴斯克地区
巴斯克芝士蛋糕起源于西班牙巴斯克地区,原名就叫Burnt cheesecake,意为“烧焦的芝士蛋糕”。烤焦的外壳,焦而不苦,反而赋予了蛋糕浓浓的焦糖香气。
巴斯克芝士蛋糕的由来是在一九五九年的时候,有一对夫妇在西班牙和法国交界处的巴斯克,当地的老城区内开了一间名叫La Vi?a的酒吧。 这个酒吧不仅可以喝酒还可以给客人提供餐食,而他们的外甥很小就在这个酒吧里长大,因此学会了利用当地丰富的奶酪资源做各式各样的当地菜和一些蛋糕 在他尝试了各种配方后,最终形成了一个独特的巴斯克地区风味的重芝士“焦”蛋糕,后来越来越受当地人的喜爱,因此就称作巴斯克芝士蛋糕了,慢慢地这个特别的蛋糕也就流传开来了。
第六款《马卡龙》
马卡龙~法国甜点
马卡龙,一款让人又爱又恨的甜点,象征贵族和奢华的马卡龙起源里,竟含着一个思乡的故事。马卡龙的起源还要从法国16世纪中叶的皇室开始说起,凯萨琳梅迪奇从意大利嫁到与法国国王成亲后,因离家乡遥远时常会想念家乡,为了让这位王妃开心,随王妃来到法国的糕点师傅为她做了马卡龙,没想到不仅效果不错,还博得了意大利贵族的喜爱,由此马卡龙在法国流传开来。
我们现在看到的马卡龙,是经过不断地演变才形成的样子,而且不同的地区的马卡龙也有些差异,巴黎马卡龙仅是其中之一,但影响最广泛。最开始的马卡龙是没有夹心、仅有一片的蛋白杏仁饼,传到法国流传一阵子后,法国的甜点师纷纷开始 *** ,并对其进行改良,不仅放入了夹心,而且有的甜品师还用巧克力、咖啡等各种原料让马卡龙的颜色变得多样,逐渐成了现在的样子。
第七款《蛋挞》
蛋挞~香港葡式蛋挞
蛋挞(Egg Tart),是一种以蛋浆做成馅料的西式;台湾称为蛋塔,“挞”是英文“tart”的音译,意指馅料外露的馅饼(相对表面被饼皮覆盖,馅料密封的批派馅饼)(pie);蛋挞即以蛋浆为馅料的 tart”。做法是把饼皮放进小圆盆状的饼模中,倒入由砂糖及混合而成之蛋浆,然后放入烤炉;烤出的蛋挞外层为松脆之挞皮,内层则为香甜的黄色凝固蛋浆。
蛋挞最初起源于中世纪早期的英国,那时的蛋挞没有蛋挞模又没有齿轮切割器,蛋挞皮要用手捏起来,所以蛋挞皮发得很硬,吃中世纪的蛋挞其实是在吃蛋汁而不是吃皮。还有另外一个原因,就是做蛋挞皮要放不少糖,中世纪糖很贵,所以有糖也只是加到蛋汁里,至于外面的壳则给穷人和乞丐吃或者扔掉。也有人指蛋挞亦是中国17世纪的满汉全席中第六宴席的其中一道菜式。
中国人知道蛋挞这个东西是在香港被割让后,英国人的蛋挞传到了香港,香港人便开始仿制,甚至比英国人做得更好。蛋挞店除了蛋挞外还卖另外两样东西:奶茶和咖啡。那时候的蛋挞要比现在的蛋挞大两三倍,甚至有一段时间,一个大蛋挞一杯咖啡或奶茶成了香港人标准早餐。
蛋挞分酥皮蛋挞和葡式蛋挞两种;以上就是最初的酥皮蛋挞的来历。说一下葡式蛋挞最早的来自英国人Andrew Stow,他在欧洲西南部的葡萄牙吃到附近城市Belem的传统点心Pasteis de Nata后,决定在传统食谱上加进自己的创意,于是1989年在澳门路环岛开设安德鲁饼店,用猪油、面粉、水和蛋,以及英国式的糕点做法,创作出广受欢迎的葡式蛋挞,葡挞虽然是安特鲁所创,然而扬名却是拜安德鲁和妻子的婚变所赐。1996年,安德鲁和妻子玛嘉烈婚姻破裂。玛嘉烈离开安德鲁另起炉灶,把原先属于自己名下的店子改名“玛嘉烈”,又落户香港和台湾,不经意地卷起了一阵葡挞旋风。 正宗的必须用手 *** :精致圆润的挞皮、金黄的蛋液,还有焦糖比例,都经过专业厨师的道道把关,才臻于普通蛋挞难以达到的完美。上桌的玛嘉烈蛋挞的底座就像刚出炉的,口感松软香酥,内馅丰厚,奶味蛋香也很浓郁,虽然味道一层又一层,却甜而不腻,葡式蛋挞在中国最初流行于90年代的港台地区,后流行于内地,记得当年为了吃一个蛋挞足足排了一个小时的队,当吃到之一口蛋挞时简直兴奋极了
第八款《长崎蜂蜜蛋糕》

长崎蜂蜜蛋糕(Nagasaki Castella)是日本著名西点。
蜂蜜蛋糕最早起源于荷兰古国,当时的贵族在招待使节时都会用它来向宾客表达主人最隆重的敬意。大约十六世纪时,由于当时的德川幕府采取锁国政策,仅在局部开放长崎等少数地点做为外国船队访日的港口,因此希望进入日本做生意的荷兰商人便特地面见天皇,并呈上荷兰皇室招待贵宾用的精致蛋糕。蛋糕特殊的香甜气息与滑细的口感,立即博得天皇的赞赏。
长崎蜂蜜蛋糕,到了十七世纪,葡萄牙的传教士和商人也远渡重洋来到长崎。他们为与当地人建立友谊,便采取向贵族分送葡萄酒、向平民分送甜点的策略,希望借此传播基督教。这种用砂糖、鸡蛋和面粉做成的糕点立刻在民众间大受欢迎,这就是长崎蜂蜜蛋糕的由来。
第九款《布朗尼》

布朗尼(Chocolate Brownie),19世纪末发源于美国,20世纪上半叶于美国、加拿大广受欢迎,后成为美国家庭餐桌上的常客。布朗尼是以可可粉为主材 *** 的重油蛋糕,布朗尼蛋糕的质地介于蛋糕与饼干之间,它既有乳脂软糖的甜腻,又有蛋糕的松软。布朗尼可以有多种样式。布朗尼的原料通常包括坚果、霜状白糖、生奶油、巧克力等。

布丁,食物名,英语pudding的译音,亦有称作“布甸”。西餐食品,用面粉、牛奶、鸡蛋、水果等制成。布丁有很多种:鸡蛋布丁、芒果布丁、鲜奶布丁、巧克力布丁、草莓布丁等。布丁不仅看上去美味,吃起来更好,布丁也是果冻的一种。布丁是一种英国的传统食品,它是从古代用来表示掺有血的香肠的“布段”所演变而来的,今天以蛋、面粉与牛奶为材料制造而成的布丁,是由当时的撤克逊人所传授下来的。中世纪的修道院,则把“水果和燕麦粥的混合物”称为“布丁”。这种布丁的正式出现,是在16世纪伊丽莎白一世时代,它与肉汁、果汁、水果干及面粉一起调配制造。17世纪和18世纪的布丁是用蛋、牛奶以及面粉为材料来 *** 。

土耳其软糖

土耳其语Lokum的意思是“给喉咙的安慰”,形容软糖的甜美幸福程度,英文翻译成为Turkish delight。曾经有个英国人非常喜欢土耳其软糖,随后乘坐一艘叫“Turkish delight”的船飘洋过海将软糖运回英国,并用了那艘船的名字给这种软糖命名。软糖很快在整个欧洲大受欢迎并享有盛名,据说毕加索曾经在完成他的作品时吃土耳其软糖,丘吉尔和拿破伦最喜欢加了开心果的土耳其软糖。
库纳法
酥脆的外壳里面藏着可以拉丝的芝士

鸡胸肉布丁
土耳其最为神奇的甜点之一
鸡胸肉布丁吃起来类似米布丁,但是其中却并没有米,取而代之是嚼劲十足!使用肉桂与香草调味,没有丝毫鸡味,加入鸡肉仅为增添弹性口感,在牛奶中烹煮许久,使得馅料们完美融合,这道甜点的根源自中世纪法国一种叫blancmange的甜点,曾经献给住在托卡普皇宫中的土耳其苏丹;虽然这道甜点依旧被视为土耳其代表性美食之一,但其实比较不好找。
奥斯曼“牙膏”(彩色糖)
奥斯曼糖颜色多样
名字直译是奥斯曼牙膏,其实类似块茎兰花那种传统冰淇淋的技法,在观光景点外头,小贩将大锡盘中融化的彩色糖浆黏转上棒,变成一根根的彩色棒棒糖,这种棒棒糖的历史可追溯至奥斯曼帝国时期,当时一种香膏曾被用来治疗皇太后,丈夫塞利姆一世过世后,她的病情直下,这种香膏使用一种蜜糖再调配41种不同的植物与香料而成,皇太后对治疗效果非常满意,因此为这种香膏设立了光荣的节庆。
洛克马
这种酥炸的面团小球称为洛克马,很像甜甜圈,外酥内软最外层裹上糖浆。洛克吗在土耳其语中是“咬”的意思,大小适中且非常具有嚼劲,不像其他比较像蛋糕的那种有洞甜甜圈,面团油炸前先使用一般面粉、酵母、盐、油调配,再浇上糖浆(有时候也会加上碎柠檬皮)。
