我的都江堰首次行,是在1980年7月。我父亲当时是成都技工学校广汉分校负责人,暑假期间,他带领一群学生前往青城山,我也跟着同行。

之一次上青城山,我们非常兴奋,睁着一双近乎贪婪的眼睛,对身边的美景“狼吞虎咽”。青城天下幽,果然名副其实。

在天师洞附近,我们遇到一位高大健壮的从菲律宾马尼拉来的游客(可能是华侨),他留着长发,很健谈,普通话也很流利。他简单问了我们的情况后,风趣地说道:“和你们交个朋友,你们四川人不会欺负我吧?”“不会,不会……”双方一阵大笑。

交谈甚欢。菲律宾游客看看手表,说时间不早了,他还要回成都。青城山山清水秀,是个好地方,下次来,要住一晚上,好好体会其魅力。临别时,他从旅行包里拿出相机,提议给我们照张相,留个纪念。

“你们会说英语吗?用英语说一、二、三,这样说,才能把牙齿露出来,又像笑。”他教了我们几遍后,一张充满笑意的照片照好了。

照完相,他又叫我们唱一首歌。我们请他先唱。他用洪亮的声音唱了一首菲律宾歌曲。我们唱了《我爱北京天安门》,他一边认真听,一边轻轻地哼着,并用双手打着拍子。唱完后,他亲切地用英语道:“Good bye!(再见)”,我们也挥手向他道别。

这次青城山之行,给我留下了深刻的印象。对都江堰,也有了比较直观的感受。

后来,我被调到报社工作。当记者时数次到都江堰市区采访,游览了伏龙观、二王庙、安澜索桥、玉垒关、离堆公园、玉垒山公园、玉女峰、灵岩寺、普照寺、翠月湖、都江堰水利工程等,可谓大饱眼福,对都江堰有了全面的了解。

前些年,我还和家人去了两次都江堰。尤其是老妈,平常不太爱外出,很久没到都江堰了。这次去后,对都江堰城区的变化赞不绝口,连声说:“空气好,街道干净,新房子好多,变化真大啊!”

朋友郑大哥退休后,周末特别喜欢到青城山镇买的房子去住两天。他说,这儿空气好,蔬菜新鲜,很巴适。他常邀请好友们前往,体验一把乡居生活。

儿子读高中时,暑假期间,我带他去郑大哥的家去做客。一进小区,就感觉与众不同,树木高大茂密,花香鸟语,非常幽静。我羡慕道:“郑大哥,你住的是乡间别墅啊!”他哈哈大笑:“就是,住在这儿安逸,欢迎常来。”

他家在一楼,一条小径直通住家院子,四周皆是花木,有一种天然的香味。郑大哥的夫人陈姐很贤惠,把这“第二个家”收拾得妥妥的。中午、晚餐的肉菜都是在当地买的,都是农家肉农家菜,很香。尤其是青城山老腊肉炒香蒜苗,味道巴适得很,儿子大快朵颐,说比城里的肉好吃。小白菜煎蛋汤,十分清香,我连喝了两碗。

我和儿子在镇上的旅馆住了一晚,虽然设施比较简陋,但无城市之噪音,除偶有夜鸟的鸣叫,倒也安静,很快入眠。翌日,郑大哥带我们去镇上药王广场旁的百年老店张醪糟吃早饭。有点陈旧的青瓦房,店招红底白字,很打眼,店外已经排了不少人。醪糟汤圆我吃过不少,不知这家是不是有其特别之处?

点了餐,我们满怀期待等了10多分钟,服务员把醪糟粉子端到餐桌,一股醪糟香味扑鼻而来。定睛一看,淡绿色的瓷碗里,装满了醪糟粉子,汤汁浓酽,粉子比较大块。我们加了一个荷包蛋。先喝了一口汤,土红糖醪糟很香甜,有小时候吃过的味道。粉子软糯耐嚼,荷包蛋乃溏心蛋,一口咬下去,香甜腻滑,舒适无比。儿子吃得很带劲,额头上沁出了汗珠。

吃完了醪糟粉子,我们意犹未尽,又点了红糖糍粑。一碗7元,里面有小汤圆大小的糯米团5坨,上面盖着黄豆芝麻粉,用筷子将它们在红糖里一搅合,然后放进嘴里咀嚼,那个香甜可口简直不摆了。

醪糟粉子和红糖糍粑吃完,我们端的是心满意足。美食,真能治愈一切啊!都江堰,很温暖。

八.酒类的译法原则

进口酒类的英文名称仍使用其原文,国产酒类以其注册的英文为准,如果酒类本身没有英文名称的,则使用其中文名称的汉语拼音。

Pinot Grigio 及Pinot Gris葡萄酒是如何命名?

葡萄酒对于不少消费者来说是复杂的,因为它们可以由许多不同的葡萄品种酿造,可以是单一葡萄,亦可以是混酿。所以一些品种有不只一个称号,往往会令消费者更混淆。

一个典型的例子是 Syarh 和 Shiraz (中文译名西拉)。这两个名字都是同一个红葡萄品种,葡萄酒呈深红色,单宁高,酸度足,带黑色水果和香料的气息。那么为什么叫这两个名字呢?

Syrah 是法国的名字,Rhone (罗纳) 是它的家。来自北罗纳的Hermitage是由100%Syrah酿制,在南罗则与其他葡萄品种混酿。当 Syrah在19世纪左右引入澳洲时,当地人将它称为 Shiraz。

酿酒葡萄适应它们生长的土壤和气候。北罗讷的气候凉爽,酿造的Syrah 内敛,有花香,黑色水果和独特胡椒粉芬香及明显单宁。 澳洲 Barossa (巴罗莎) 温暖,Shiraz 有丰富浓郁果香,果酱和朱古力气息,单宁圆润。

今天,这两个名称指葡萄酒不同的风格,而不是它们来自的产区,如果葡萄酒类似传统的北罗纳风格,酿酒师会用 Syrah;如果是像典型的巴罗莎风格,则称之为 Shiraz。新西兰,较清凉的澳洲产区 猎人谷(HunterValley) 和 阿德莱德山(Adelaide Hills),大部份西拉会命名 Syrah;而南非西拉可以是 Syrah 或 Shiraz,视乎葡萄酒风格。

另一个同样混淆的品种是 Pinot Grigio和 Pinot Grist (灰皮诺),跟西拉一样,它们是同一品种但在不同地方生产。Grigio 和Gris 是 英文的 Grey (灰色)。Pinot Grigio是意大利文,葡萄主要在北部生长,酒款轻盈,简单及更清爽;Pinot Gris 在法国 Alsace (阿尔萨斯) 种植,酒款相对丰满,果香更突出,酿酒师会根据葡萄酒的风格而决定用那一称号。

在德国,灰比诺被称为Grauburgunder。它是主要的白葡萄品种之一,其风格更接近于 Pinot Gris。

酒酿葡萄有上千款品种,即使葡萄酒专家也感到困惑。但这也正是葡萄酒的吸引之处,同一品种在不同环境条件生长有不同的表达方式,这就是法国人所说的terroir。虽然我们不熟悉一些葡萄品种,更可能不懂发音,但我们一样可尽情享受探索葡萄酒 带来的体验乐趣。

黑死病:600年前席卷欧洲的大瘟疫

在公元1347至1353年,著名的黑死病席卷欧洲。其实在中世纪的时候,黑死病这个称谓并不为人所用,人们普遍称它为“大瘟疫”“大死亡”以及“世界瘟疫”。

黑死病在短短的八年时间里,夺走了2500万欧洲人的性命,占欧洲总人口的三分之一。

之一次提出黑死病这种说法的是16世纪瑞士丹麦的编年史作者。1823年这个概念被引入了英语世界,到了1832年的时候,德国学者海克尔发表了一篇名为“the black death”的鼠疫论著,才使黑死病这个词语在学术界流行起来。

黑死病在欧洲肆虐的时候,人们为了治疗疾病,开动脑筋,发明了许多挑战生理极限的治疗 *** 。

比如:杀猫。

中世纪的时候,西方人的思想还普遍被教会禁锢着,当黑死病出现的时候,人们认为这是魔鬼的惩罚。而猫在当时的西方人看来是邪恶的,所以为了除掉魔鬼带来的疾病,所以猫成为了人们表达恐惧的替罪羊,许多猫被抓住杀掉了。可悲的是黑死病一部分传播是由老鼠引起的,猫是老鼠的天敌,人们为了治病,反而大规模的杀猫,这就导致缺少天敌的老鼠引发了黑死病更快的传播,可以说这是无知带来的后果。

背黑锅的除了猫以外,还有女性和犹太人,很多女性被指认是女巫,是恶魔的情妇,这导致她们被火刑。犹太人更冤,有人固执地认为,黑死病一定是源于犹太人,犹太人给他们下了毒,于是也发生了很多悲剧。

这让人们犯了难,有钱人可以去购买其他人的尿液,但是穷人买不起啊,一个人再怎么能尿一天也尿不出来一泡澡桶来啊。于是这就有人想到了另一种 *** ,”既然我买不起尿液,我自己一天也没有那么高的产量,我为什么不把这些尿液喝下去,这样会不会有更好的效果呢“。而且这种 *** 的优势显而易见,你只需要一小部分的尿液就可以满足你的胃了。

但是即便这样又喝又洗,黑死病也是治不好的,那些坚定的理论知识者就站了出来”这是医学,理论是不会错的,尿液没有用,一定是纯度不够,你们喝的水太多了,尿液里面的干货太少了!“

干货太少?那什么排泄物干货多呢?瞬间,人们想到了,也使用了,用法和用量都是一样的。很显然,这种方式也是没用的。

有人会想,中世纪的欧洲人怎么那么愚昧无知呢。

其实不能这么想,在列文虎克发明显微镜之前,人们是无法看到细菌的,人们并不知道疾病的起因到底是什么,也无法对症下药。而且尿液对于保护人体健康并不是全无作用。在一战期间就有士兵用沾满尿液的手帕捂住口鼻来抵挡毒气的侵袭,这是蛮靠谱的,但是再靠谱的尿也无法治疗黑死病,只能让人们在不断地努力下让浑身充满臭气。

可能是为了躲避这种臭气,这个时期有的医生发明了鸟头面具,这种面具的特点就是在口鼻处设计特别尖,特别长得跟鸟喙一样,在面具里面填充的一种香料,通过这种香料可以阻挡外界以及自身的那种臭气。这种面具在人们看来太过于恐怖了,以至于现在的电视剧以及游戏里面,会时常出现戴着鸟头面具的人物,而这代表着死亡,恐怖和疾病。

中世纪的欧洲人除了上面这些,还发明了比如 *** 了衣服用酒擦身体,服用矿石,用皮鞭抽打自己等等。难道说中世纪的人们真的没有找到一种靠谱的 *** 来预防和治疗黑死病吗?还真的有一种 *** ,并延续使用到了现在,那就是“隔离”。

从历史学家的角度来看,黑死病的蔓延带来的不仅仅是死亡和悲剧,也在其他方面推动了医学和科学的发展。因为在黑死病面前,无论是不是信仰神,人都会生病,都会感觉到痛苦,都会发处恶臭味然后死亡。这个现象大大撼动了中世纪时期欧洲人的信仰,许多人都开始思考宗教之外的解决之道。

今天,我们的医学水平远非中世纪可以比较了。那时候看起来非常奇葩的治疗 *** 和治疗理念,真的就没有一个人相信以及还在使用了吗?

六. 可数名词单复数使用原则

菜单中的可数名词基本使用复数,但在整道菜中只有一件或太细碎无法数清的用单数。

七.介词in和with在汤汁、配料中的用法

1.如主料是浸在汤汁或配料中时,使用in连接。

2.如汤汁或蘸料和主料是分开的,或是后浇在主菜上的,则用with连接。

如:泡椒鸭丝 Shredded Duck with Pickled Peppers

八.酒类的译法原则

进口酒类的英文名称仍使用其原文,国产酒类以其注册的英文为准,如果酒类本身没有英文名称的,则使用其中文名称的汉语拼音。
